Last night at work I repeatedly made the same mistake over and over. One of the featured desserts was Jerri's Pound Cake. Whenever I hear the name "Jerri," I immediately think of The Facts of Life and Blair Warner's CP cousin, Geri. Inevitably, each time I told a guest about our desserts, I mistakenly said "...and we also have cousin Geri's delicious pound cake." Every single guest asked, "Who's cousin Geri?" I just said, "Uh, nevermind" and ran off.
