I worked out and went for a long jog today. As a reward, I bought:

-The Panic Room DVD
-24: The Complete First Season DVD set

Everyone should watch 24. It's brilliant, addictive and original. I remain, however, a bit skeptical of the "real time" approach. If each season is going to constitute one day (and each episode one hour), when is Jack (Kiefer Sutherland) going to sleep?

Tonight I work at 6. That means I have to set my VCR for the thrilling season premiere of The Real World in Las Vegas. It looks like a real thought-provoker as the straight white guy, the straight dorky white guy, the angry black guy, the angry black girls, the slutty white girl and the I-used-to-be-good-but-now-I'm-slutty white girl live it up in Nevada.

I can just hear Jon yodeling, "Truuuue stor-ryyyy!"
