Beauty and the Beast becomes a different movie with the addition of the song "Human Again." Set between "Something There" and "Beauty and the Beast," the song features each of the enchanted humans-turned-household items preparing the ballroom for that magical, titular dance. Given my general indifference towards musicals, I'm surprised that I love the film as much as I do. With the exception of The Black Cauldron and The Lion King, Disney fare has never been my favorite. However, when I hear "Be Our Guest," I turn into a carefree fifth grader again. It's not the most masculine of films, but I'm not ashamed to admit that it has a special place in my cynical moviegoer heart.
