The healthy diet is fundamentally designed to increase your lifespan. However, those are just added years on your life in which you will crave steaks, chocolate and caffeine. The latter diet will allegedly shorten your lifespan. But I ask...would you rather live longer and be hungry, or die early and be well-fed? These are the questions I pose after weeks of wanting nothing more than to bury my face in a Krispy Kreme box and give the kiss-off to egg whites, grilled chicken and wheatgrass shots. If this diet is supposed to increase muscle mass, I have yet to see how.
