Great location, 3 minutes to Sunset, 5 minutes to Ventura Blvd. Full home use for tenants only. Many hours are those you do anyway such as shopping, cooking, cleaning etc. Great for people who need flexible hours for auditions, starting their own businesses, needing to get out of the rat race etc. Not suitable for someone with a full time job. Deposit & references required.
